Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer with strong product and web design expertise to support client-facing projects. The ideal candidate can quickly understand business requirements, translate complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences, and collaborate effectively with the Anyday team.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from early discovery and concept development through high-fidelity design and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products and websites.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and clearly explain the reasoning behind key decisions.
• Review implemented designs and work with developers to maintain visual accuracy.
• Manage multiple client projects while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Use research, feedback, and available data to improve existing experiences.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in product design, UX/UI design, and web design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating completed product and website projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, websites, or other complex digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt quickly to different client requirements.
• Availability to collaborate during UAE working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced remote team.
• Experience collaborating directly with developers and preparing detailed design handoffs.
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, conversion-focused web design, and modern web-development capabilities.
