AI Automation Engineer (Bot Developer)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will design, develop, implement, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that improve business operations and reduce repetitive manual tasks. The role covers AI automation, bot development, API integrations, CRM automation, business-process improvement, technology operations, and team coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who understands how to connect different platforms and build reliable automated workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, AI agents, APIs, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions for internal operations and business processes.
• Build bots and AI agents that can execute tasks, process information, interact with users, and support business activities.
• Develop automated workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, and similar automation platforms.
• Integrate third-party applications and internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Automate repetitive processes involving data collection, lead management, customer communication, reporting, notifications, and task assignments.
• Configure and maintain CRM automation, including lead capture, segmentation, follow-ups, pipeline updates, and customer-data synchronization.
• Create automated systems that connect Google Sheets with CRMs, forms, email platforms, databases, and other business applications.
• Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize automated workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Diagnose failed workflows, integration errors, API limitations, and data-synchronization problems.
• Document workflows, integrations, system configurations, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.
• Coordinate technology-related tasks and provide guidance on the effective use of automation tools.
• Monitor implemented solutions and make improvements based on performance, feedback, and changing business requirements.
• Apply appropriate security and data-protection practices when handling business and customer information.
