📍 Lagos | Hybrid (Remote Production + Field Coverage)

💰 ₦250,000 – ₦350,000/month + Performance Bonuses + Commission

This role is for someone who can walk into a room full of senior lawyers with total confidence, hold a great on-camera conversation, and then edit it into content people actually want to watch.

What you'll be doing:

• Attend NBA conferences, Young Lawyers Forum events, law firm gatherings, and legal-tech mixers - as the face of the brand
• Conduct confident, on-the-spot interviews with senior advocates and law firm partners
• Write scripts, edit videos (CapCut/Premiere Pro), and design carousels (Canva/Photoshop)
• Own the posting schedule across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

You're a fit if you:

✅ Hold an LL.B - ideal for a Law School graduate, or junior associate (0–2 years post-call)

✅ Own a high-end smartphone (iPhone 13 Pro+ or flagship Android/Samsung) with strong video capability

✅ Are genuinely skilled in CapCut/Premiere Pro and Canva/Photoshop - not a beginner

✅ Have excellent public speaking skills and are confident networking with senior legal professionals

✅ Create content already and can show your work

What you get:

💵 ₦250,000–350,000/month base (based on portfolio strength + live interview assessment)

🚗 100% transport reimbursement for field coverage

🎯 ₦30,000–50,000 bonus for viral content (50k+ views or 150+ carousel shares)

📈 Quarterly bonuses for audience growth milestones

💼 10–15% commission on any brand/sponsorship deal your content brings in
