Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (Based on Experience)

Our client, a luxury hair brand, is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised Social Media Manager/Personal Assistant to lead the brand's social media presence while providing executive support to the CEO.

We are looking for someone who understands social media beyond posting — someone with strong knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, brand strategy, audience growth, and using content to drive engagement, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow the brand's social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

2. Develop creative and engaging content strategies aligned with the brand and business goals.

3. Plan, shoot, and coordinate Reels, TikToks, photos, campaigns, and other short-form content.

4. Develop digital marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales.

5. Monitor social media insights and campaign performance and use data to improve content and conversion.

6. Stay updated on beauty, fashion, social media, and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth.

7. Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, follow-ups, research, correspondence, and coordination of assigned tasks.

Requirement:

1. B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 3–4 years' experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling.

4. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools.

5. Strong creative eye with the ability to develop content that is both engaging and commercially driven.

6. Highly organised, proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

7. Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or its environs.
